Dr. Wright has been practicing holistic dentistry based on Swiss Physician Dr. Thomas Rau's philosophy of Biological Medicine. Dr. Wright uses applied kinesiology to test for structural imbalances, chemical disturbances, and for finding bio compatible dental materials for the individual patient. Dr. Wright treats TMJ and related noninvasive muscular and skeletal imbalances with conservative appliances in conjunction with a team approach practitioners. She uses a non surgical approach to treating periodontal disease with a phase-contrast microscope for diagnosis. This approach is based on scientific evidence that periodontal disease is basically an anaerobic bacterial infraction. Dr. Wright received her D.D.S. degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI in 1967. She has taken post graduate courses in applied Kinesiology from Dr. David Walters in Colorado Springs. She has studied advanced functional orthodontics with Dr. John Gelb & Dr. Gerald Smith.
