Women today know they are greater than the sum of their parts, and they also know the strength of their pelvic floor goes beyond child birth and sex.  A strong core supports a women’s entire health system and is the key to a regenerative lifestyle.

There are many reasons why sneezing, coughing, and laughing shouldn’t be a problem for any woman who has given birth or has simply reached their golden years.  There are preventative ways to avoid incontinence and pain with sex at any adult age.
